| wk 4-5 | Registration in Osiris and indicate preferences (student) |
| wk 5 | Admission check (Center for Student Administration (CSA IE&IS) |
| wk 6 | Coupling student-project-supervisor; student is informed (Education coordination IE&IS) |
| wk 7-8 | Getting acquainted with supervisor, group and project; Settlement of dates and meetings (student and supervisor) and submission project outline |
