SFC01 - Graduation group: To the finish line… but not all by yourself!
Students who are in the final phase of their bachelor's or master's program, but need some support for the completion of their Bachelor's Final project (BEP) or graduation project.

This training is for students that want to improve their study behavior, but face challenges as procrastination, perfectionism, fear of failure, uncertainty, or performance pressure. Utilizing the principles of ACT, they will develop resilience and discover how to make choices that contribute to their study success.

The course offers various themes of study management, such as actively following lectures and instructions, weekly planning and taking exams. You learn to actively get started with this in your own study.

If you are ready to identify and challenge any negative thinking (and behavioural) patterns and improve the way you feel and act, this course may be for you.

SFC30 - Come into ACTion
The course is open for all students who experience psychological issues, such as stress,, anxiety or (mild) depression issues, and who are already aware of their ‘thinking errors’ and/or have already tried to put things in perspective.
