BCA Statement

If you are awarded an administrative grant, you will also automatically receive a BCA statement from TU/e.

This Extra-curricular Activities (Dutch: BCA) statement specifies the function you performed and the period in which you performed it. With this statement, you can prove that you performed the function and that TU/e has recognized this function by awarding an administrative grant.

If you do not meet the conditions for an administrative grant, you will not receive a BCA statement. In that case, you can request a similar statement from the board of your association, which will also allow you to demonstrate that you performed the administrative function.
