Internship or graduation project Vanderlande
The Internship and Graduation Project Framework Agreement between TU/e and Vanderlande Industries B.V. came into force on September 7, 2020.
This sets out the arrangements that apply when TU/e students do internships or carry out research for a graduation project at Vanderlande Industries B.V.. The arrangements relate to such things as intellectual property rights, confidentiality, liability and insurance.
The Framework Agreement has consequences for TU/e students doing internships or carrying out graduation research at Vanderlande Industries B.V., and for TU/e supervisors supervising these students. It also has consequences for members of Examination Committees, thesis committees and review committees (NVAO) who need to have access to the internship report or final thesis for quality control.
TU/e student
Every TU/e student who does an internship or carries out graduation research at Vanderlande Industries B.V. is required to sign an Individual Internship Agreement linked to the Framework Agreement. The Individual Internship Agreement can be found here.
TU/e supervisors and members of the Examination Committee, thesis committee and review committee
The Framework Agreement lays down that TU/e supervisors and members of the Examination Committee, thesis committee and review committee (NVAO) must have access to confidential information at all times, insofar as that type of information is included in the student's report or graduation project.
The full content of the Framework Agreement can be requested for inspection from the department's internship coordinator.
